    UHV-310 Transformer winding deformation tester is mainly composed of laptop and the main host, it is mainly used for test the deformation of the transformer winding. It has the feature:

     

    1. The hardware movement adopts DDS dedicated digital high-speed frequency scanning technology to accurately diagnose faults such as winding distortion, bulging, displacement, tilting, inter turn short circuit deformation, and inter phase contact short circuit.

    2. The acquisition and control system adopts highly integrated microprocessors, selects precise and highly stable components, and high-speed dual channel 16 bit A/D sampling (on-site testing changes the tap changer, resulting in significant changes in waveform curves). The measurement repetition rate for the same phase is above 99.5%.

    3. The instrument has dual measurement system functions of linear sweep frequency measurement and segmented sweep frequency measurement, and is compatible with the measurement modes of two current domestic technology schools.

    4. During the testing process, only the connecting busbar of the transformer needs to be removed, and all tests can be completed without the need for hanging or disassembling the transformer.

    5. When measuring transformers, the wiring personnel can freely lay signal input and output leads without affecting the measurement results. The wiring personnel can stay on top of the transformer oil tank without having to come down, reducing labor intensity.

    6. The amplitude frequency characteristics comply with the national technical specifications for amplitude frequency characteristic testers. The horizontal axis (frequency) has two types of graduation: linear graduation and logarithmic graduation, so the printed curve can be either a linear graduation curve or a logarithmic graduation curve. Users can choose according to their actual needs.

    7. The instrument has a high degree of intelligence, and the signal output amplitude is automatically adjusted by software to the range. The maximum amplitude peak is±10V, and the sampling frequency is automatically adjusted.

    8. The instrument has multiple frequency linear scanning measurement system measurement functions, with a scanning frequency of up to 1MHz. The frequency scanning interval can be divided into 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz, and 1kHz, providing more analysis of transformer deformation.

    9. Provide comparative analysis of historical curves, which can simultaneously load multiple historical curves for observation, and can specifically select any curve for horizontal and vertical analysis. Equipped with an expert intelligent analysis and diagnosis system, it can automatically diagnose the status of transformer windings, load 6 curves at the same time, automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, automatically diagnose the deformation of the winding, and provide diagnostic reference conclusions.

    10. The software has powerful management functions, fully considering the needs of on-site use, and automatically saves environmental condition parameters to provide a basis for transformer winding deformation diagnosis. The measurement data is automatically analyzed and saved to disk, and an electronic document (Word) is generated for storage. It also has a color printing function, making it convenient for users to produce test reports.
