    Product Introduction

    In order to reduce reactive power loss in power systems, shunt capacitor banks are commonly used to improve the power factor. However, in practical applications, capacitor compensation devices tend to have a relatively high accident rate due to the inherent characteristics of capacitor operating conditions. Therefore, regular inspection of capacitor banks and early detection of potential defects are crucial to preventing fault escalation.
    In field applications, capacitors within a bank are connected in parallel. When using a conventional capacitance meter, workers must disconnect the leads to perform measurements—a process that is labor-intensive and prone to wiring errors. To address this challenge, our company has developed a new Capacitance and Inductance Tester. This instrument allows measurement of individual capacitors within a parallel-connected bank without disconnecting any leads, and is also capable of measuring inductance and current. With convenient wiring and simple operation, it significantly reduces the workload of maintenance personnel, greatly improves on-site testing efficiency, and ensures the reliable operation of the power grid.

    1. Capacitance Measurement Without Disconnection: The instrument can measure individual capacitors within a group of parallel-connected capacitors without disconnecting any leads, greatly simplifying testing. It simultaneously displays measured voltage, current, loss, capacitance, frequency, impedance, and other relevant data.
    2. Inductance Measurement: In addition to displaying the measured inductance value, the instrument also shows voltage, current, loss, capacitance, frequency, impedance, and other parameters.
    3. Current Measurement: The instrument displays current value along with current frequency and other related data.
    4. Support for Various Connections: In addition to testing individual capacitors within a group, the instrument can also measure capacitors connected in Δ-type (delta) and Y-type (wye) configurations.
    5. User-Friendly Display and Interface: Features a 320×240 large-screen LCD with Chinese menu prompts, making operation simple and intuitive.
    6. Built-in Large-Capacity Memory: Each test option can store up to 256 sets of data in the built-in non-volatile memory.
    7. USB Data Export: Equipped with a built-in USB controller interface for exporting instrument memory data, facilitating easy report generation.
    8. High-Precision Real-Time Clock: Includes a built-in high-precision real-time clock for accurate date and time calibration.
    9. Built-in Thermal Printer: Comes with a high-speed micro thermal printer for printing measurement results and historical data.
    10. Overcurrent Protection: Features test power supply overcurrent protection to ensure the instrument remains undamaged even in the event of a power supply output short circuit.


    Attentions 

    1 Please read the instruction carefully before using this instrument. Check and ensure that the connection is correct and the ground is good. 

    2 High precision current clamp is the key component of the instrument,so it should be taken good care of during the process. 

    3 If the over voltage and over current protection act, identify the reasons and exclude the abnormal situation before continuing to test; do not blindly operate, so as to avoid unnecessary losses. 

    4 The wiring can not be removed until the measurement is completedandexit the measurement state.
