Product Introduction
The UHV-521 Live Cable Identification Device is a specialized instrument used to identify a specific cable from a bundle of cables. It can recognize both de-energized cables and live cables, meeting the diverse requirements of cable identification at power construction sites.
The identification instrument mainly consists of a transmitting host, a receiving host, transmission lines, a transmitting clamp, and a flexible measuring coil. Compared with previous generation products, the identification device features a more compact and portable design.
Product Characteristics
1. High-Energy Lithium Battery Power: The transmitting host is powered by a high-energy lithium battery, eliminating the need for on-site 220V power access. It features compact design, low power consumption, long battery life, and a multi-level power indicator.
2. Color LCD Display: The receiving host adopts a color LCD display with accurate power indication. It synchronously displays signal direction, amplitude, and interval as effective judgment criteria, while retaining multiple signals on the time axis for more accurate cable identification through continuous valid signals.
3. Flexible Measurement Coil: Utilizes a flexible measurement coil for cable identification, solving the problem of crowded and overlapped cables in power field environments where traditional receiver calipers cannot be inserted into the target cable, thus enabling identification in such scenarios.
4. Transmitting Calipers: Equipped with transmitting calipers to achieve live identification function through caliper coupling, enabling multi-purpose use of a single instrument.
5. ABS High-Strength Protective Case: Provides effective protection for the instrument, while facilitating convenient transportation and adapting to harsh on-site environments.
