    Before operating the system, we should grade it according to the capacity and voltage of different test samples, calculate the maximum operating current, and adjust the economic current protector.  


    Power frequency withstand voltage test device


    1. Connect a power supply (box type refers to socket type power supply, desktop type refers to terminal type power supply), and automatically control the voltage reduction through a voltage regulator to zero position. The zero position switch is closed, and the zero position indicator light (red light) is on (also known as the zero position balance output working status of the voltage regulator can be indicated);  


    2. Press the start button (green light), the contactor draws in air, the voltage regulator supplies power, and the working indicator light (green light) lights up at the same time;  


    3. After the main circuit system is powered on, press the boost function button to control the motor to slowly and evenly rotate the voltage regulator clockwise, and the voltage regulator will output a voltage signal. Pay close attention to the instrument readings. When the required high pressure value is reached, press the timer button (yellow) in a timely manner according to the decreasing pressure. At this time, the digital time relay displays the time (measured in seconds). When the set time is reached, the control box (console) emits an audible and visual alarm, and promptly rotates the regulator handle in the opposite direction until the regulator returns to zero, then releases the timer button;  


    4. During the development of the power frequency withstand voltage performance test, if various short circuits, flashover, breakdown and other overcurrent occur, the current will trip the protection system through the relay, and the voltage regulator will automatically cut off power, indicating that the tested product is unqualified. At this time, we should reset the voltage regulator to zero, cut off the working power supply, and inspect the tested product.
